Do I need to install anything else on my computer to make SAF work?
You do not need any separate software installations or updates. You can even use the SAF service via a normal web browser.

Is there anything extra we need to know when we start using Staffing Automation software?
No. SAF will make all the necessary installations and incorporate all your existing data to provide you with a complete turnkey operation.

Am I going be responsible for any technical aspects of the SAF system?
You can leave all that for us. We will be responsible for the functioning of the service, management, security, backups and updates. Everything that would ordinarily be an extra cost or pain in the back for your business, we’ll take care of.

Will I have to enter the same data at several different work stations?
No. Once data is entered in one of the Staffing Automation modules it immediately becomes available in all other modules and on every authorized workstation. Staffing Automation software also works seamlessly with all of your existing systems.

Can my Staffing Automation modules appear to be part of my company website?
Absolutely. We can customize your Staffing Automation software to fit the logic and the graphics of your company's own web site.

Can I restrict certain employees from certain data?
Certainly. Your company administrator can easily define which users can access which data.

Can you ensure that my private information remains private and my system stays online?
Yes. Staffing Automation's servers are located in very secure data centers, the same ones used by the Finnish Parliament and protected by the same 2048 bit encryption levels as the most secure international banks use. Servers are distributed geographically and access is restricted so there’s virtually no chance of outages or hacking. Your data and your company are both totally safe. Don’t worry.
